BullsEye Integration, Inc.

About Us

BullsEye Integration, Inc. is a Sacramento-based consulting firm that delivers success for clients in areas such as merger planning and implementation, executive coaching, change management, organizational development, group facilitation, and project management. We actively market these services to firms who want to grow via a merger or acquisition strategy. We also provide these services to the public sector and to companies who wish to improve their core business.

BullsEye Integration, Inc. is committed to helping companies put their diverse cultures to work together, retain customers, and realize the value of their merger sooner than otherwise possible.

BullsEye Integration, Inc. was formed when its five founders, after having worked together in various organizations and on various projects for years, realized we had been successful because we shared the same values, ethics, and goals. We decided to explore whether or not we were an excellent fit with one another. After months of hammering out ideas, goals, and shared purposes, the foundation of a company was started.

As we worked together we found that while we all shared the same core values, ethics, and goals, we had very different ideas and methods of conducting our practices. While sometimes conflicts arose as a result of that diversity, we had no intention of squashing it. Rather we VALUE that diversity and intensely believe it is one of the core strands of our united strength. Instead of squashing conflict we, using the skills of the team, harnessed its passion. Fusing our shared core values, ethics, and goals by harnessing conflict, and valuing our diversity, we built our company culture.

As the founders of BullsEye Integration, Inc., we came together precisely because of our shared values.  Values are the beginning of culture, and you will be able to learn about our culture by observing the way we work with you: We work with you and with each other with honor, integrity, and trust; we have a commitment to you (our clients), to our team and to quality.  We keep our commitments; we use open, direct, frank communication; we buoy each other in our commitment to professionalism; we follow a strict code of ethics; and we welcome and empower diversity of ideas and thought.

Our founders each have over thirty years of professional experience at examining what others need, building customized, focused, plans to meet those needs, and doing the hard work that delivers successful results.

  • Helped competing groups harness their conflict, come together as problem solvers, and reduce their primary business process by 30%.
  • Helped a local agency group that was in conflict and crisis overcome their conflict and then build consensus on a strategic plan.
  • Facilitated the employees of a foster care and adoption agency to pinpoint the number one method to improve their placement of foster children in foster homes.
  • Helped clients discover what they truly needed and then led and inspired developers to deliver the right solutions where others had failed.
